2. Prices

All prices are shown in Euros, shipping will be calculated extra. Any taxes and duties outside the Eurozone are handled by the buyer.

3.1 Payment

Payment takes place at the selected payment method at the till. Klarna payment, NETS with credit card payment, and PayPal are the payment method.

3.2 Price

An invoice fee may be added to invoices 14 days past due. A monthly fee of NOK 39 and an interest rate of 21% accrue for partial payment. Normally, partial payment is offered over 3, 6, 12 or 24 months specified according to the purchase price.

4. Shipping

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout on all orders.

- All EU orders are shipped with all VAT and customs duties paid. This means you will not have to pay duties on any order shipping to EU countries.

- EU orders will be sent from Sweden.

- If your order is being shipped outside of the EU, you may need to pay VAT, customs duties taxes and related charges to receive your order. The customer is responsible for payment of any VA, custom duties taxes and related charges applicable to their order upon delivery.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you make an order, to avoid any unexpected charges.
Please note that if you request a refund for an item you paid duty for, we cannot refund the duty as it is not collected by us.

4.1 Delivery methods

We deliver the goods with a registered package through Posten/Bring and Postnord.

4.2 Deliveries

Orders are packed and delivered by the carrier within 1-3 days. Delivery takes place directly to the address you specified when ordering.

4.3 Damaged goods and right of complaint

When you receive your order, it is important to check the goods for damage or defects. Should the item be damaged or destroyed, contact us via [email protected] for further instructions.

4.4 Fee for undelivered packages

Remember that you must collect your package by the deadline! The carrier automatically returns the goods after a deadline.

If you do not pick up the package by the stated date so that it is returned to us, you will be charged a fee of € 30,- (30 Euro) or more if the costs are greater. The fee covers shipping costs and handling.

5. Privacy, security and personal data

In connection with the order, you agree to us storing and using your information. We do this to fulfill our obligations to you. We also document all communication we have with you via e-mail, in order to be able to offer the service you expect from us. We will not share your personal information with third parties.

7. Force majeure

Special circumstances that are not under human control such as war, extensive labour conflict, blockade, fire, environmental disaster, or serious infection that prevent the parties from fulfilling their obligations may release a party from the obligations. Such exception applies on the condition that the operation cannot be carried out under these conditions. The other party must be immediately notified of the circumstances of the use of this provision

8. Amendment of the contract

After you as a customer have made a purchase, we do not have the right to change the terms of the purchase in question unless otherwise agreed

9. Disputes and laws

Norwegian law shall apply to all purchases made under these terms. Disputes about purchases under these conditions shall be dealt with exclusively by a Norwegian court
